Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or damaged products after delivery.
- Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Customized or personalized products.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged depending on stock availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by Idris Hub.
For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
